Keynote Speaker
Eliz Greene
Eliz Greene is ridiculously excited about stress. Surviving a heart attack at age 35 while seven months pregnant with twins propelled Eliz Greene on a mission to share her story to inspire other busy people to pay attention to their health. Recognizing stress as an essential and often under-addressed risk factor, Eliz conducted a research study on job stress. Eliz is an author and writes a Top Health and Wellness Blog. She was named as a Top Online Influencer on Stress and Heart Health. She’s been seen on CNN, PBS, Lifetime, TNT, and many national and local news programs. A national spokesperson and advocate for the American Heart Association, Eliz received the Heart Hero Award in 2010. Organizations such as NASA and CVS have used her strategies to reduce workplace stress. Today, Eliz is happy and healthy living in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, with her wonderful husband, Clay, their amazing (now adult) daughters.

What are the dates and schedule?
- The seminar will be held Tuesday, September 26 through Thursday, September 28, 2023.
- On-site registration opens on Tuesday, September 26 at 8:00 a.m.
- Sessions begin each day at 8:30 a.m.
What is the cost to attend the seminar?
Early Bird Rate (by August 9, 2023): $160 per attendee + tax and fees
After August 9: $265 per attendee + tax and fees
To pay by check: Please register with discount code CHECK and you will be sent an invoice.
Please note that you also need to reserve your hotel rooms at The Madison Concourse Hotel!

What is included in the seminar registration price?
Lunches and Dinners are included on Tuesday and Wednesday; a boxed lunch is available for all attendees on Thursday.
An optional tour of Amtelco is available on Thursday (bus provided). At the end of the tour, the bus will stop at the Dane County Airport, and travel back to the Concourse Hotel.
